Thank you for your kind words about our maple candy and maple cream. Additionally, we enjoy hearing customers speak about their childhoods and the nostalgia they feel for a time when maple was a central part of their lives.
I do want to address the length of time it takes for you to get your orders. We do try to make sure orders get shipped as quickly. Occasionally, if an order has maple candy or maple cream, it could be delayed a day or two should we need to produce the product.
I looked up both of the orders you placed. The October order was placed late on a Friday, Oct 17. We shipped it on Tues, Oct 21. I see it was delivered on Oct 28. That time frame includes 2 full weekends, and the package was in transit for 6 business days.
The second order was placed on Thursday, Nov 6. We shipped it on Monday, Nov 10, and it was delivered on Nov 18. Again, that's 2 weekends and an unfortunate 7 business days in transit. Neither of the days in transit was what was shown at the time of selecting the service from the vendor.
It's also a long way from the East Coast to the West Coast, and I'm not sure how to speed things up along the way. What I can say is that we will strive to get out the best products in the shortest amount of time and hope for a speedy delivery.
