We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days, and many orders go out the same day they are placed.

Because maple candy and maple cream are handcrafted in small batches, slight delays can occasionally occur.

Most syrup favors ship within 1–2 business days. Occasionally, inventory may need to be replenished. If so, we’ll notify you with an expected ship date once bottling is scheduled.

At checkout, our website currently supports shipping within the United States, including U.S. territories and military addresses.

If you’d like to request international shipping, email us the shipping and billing name/address, email, phone number, and the product(s) you’d like. If shipping is available, we’ll provide a custom invoice.

If customs does not permit entry and the shipment is returned to us, we will inspect the package and refund the resaleable items, less original shipping charges.

We ship using UPS and USPS.
