What carriers do you use?
We ship primarily with USPS and UPS. Carrier options shown at checkout depend on your location, package size, and shipping speed selected.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
While most packages arrive on time, carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, peak-season volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package leaves our facility.
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, we will work with the carrier to help locate it and keep you informed.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the packaging and product to assist with a carrier claim. Please do not discard damaged items until we have reviewed the situation.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship primarily within the United States.
If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us with your shipping details and the products you’d like to purchase. We’re happy to work with you to determine available options and provide a custom invoice.

- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.
- We are not responsible for delays, restrictions, or refusal of entry by a country’s customs agency.
If a shipment is refused or not accepted by customs and is returned to us, we will inspect the items upon return. A refund will be issued for any products in resalable condition, less the original shipping costs.

We recommend ordering early and allowing additional transit time. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
