Thank you for shopping with Carman Brook Farm. We make every effort to process and ship your order quickly and carefully.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Many orders ship the same day they are placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
During peak seasons (including November and December), processing times may be slightly extended. If your order will be delayed beyond normal timelines, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major carriers, including USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Holiday Shipping
We ship throughout the holiday season and post recommended order-by dates on our website.
Because carrier networks experience high volume during November and December, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once packages have been transferred to the carrier.
We strongly recommend ordering early during the holiday season.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
For corporate or bulk gifting, we offer multi-address shipping. Please contact us for assistance with large or multi-recipient orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

A refused delivery

An undeliverable address
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Warm Weather Shipping (Maple Candy & Perishable Items)
Maple candy and certain specialty items may be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we may delay shipment or recommend expedited service to protect product quality.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from extended transit times selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States.
If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us with your shipping details and the products you’d like to purchase. We’re happy to work with you to determine available options and provide a custom invoice.
Please note:
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country
• We are not responsible for delays, restrictions, or refusal of entry by a country’s customs agency
If a shipment is refused or not accepted by customs and is returned to us, we will inspect the items upon return. A refund will be issued for any products in resalable condition, less the original shipping costs.
