A Single Day of Sugaring in Every Bottle
At Carman Brook Farm, our Vermont maple syrup is harvested, boiled, and bottled right here in our northern Vermont sugarhouse. Made from 100% pure maple sap and nothing else, each batch is evaporated during a single day of sugaring season — never blended — capturing a true snapshot of that particular spring day in our woods.
This isn’t factory-produced syrup. It’s carefully crafted in small batches, where weather, temperature, and the natural rhythm of the forest shape the flavor of every bottle.
Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and free from additives, our maple syrup is a simple, wholesome sweetener — just as nature intended.
Why We Never Blend Our Syrup
Many large producers combine multiple days of syrup to create a uniform flavor. At Carman Brook Farm, we choose not to blend.
The syrup you select was boiled during a single day during the sugaring season. Colder days may produce lighter, delicate notes. Warmer stretches may create deeper, more robust flavors. Each bottle reflects the character of that moment in Vermont’s spring.
It’s maple syrup with a timestamp.
Compare the Grades
All syrup produced under the Vermont grading system is classified as Grade A. Within that standard, flavor varies from delicate and light to bold and robust.
Whether you’re pouring over pancakes or cooking with maple in savory dishes, choosing the right grade enhances the experience.
