Is this waffle and pancake mix gluten free?
Yes, when deciding to find the best mix to pair with the rest of our maple products, I spent a ton of time finding out the preparation and packaging practices used to put this product together. Jim, the owner of The New England Cupboard in Hermon, Maine, whose local business provides our entire pancake mix line, explained that he has a separate gluten free mixing room with a sealing door, independent ventilation system, utensils, and equipment strictly for the production of his gluten free products. It is important for us to maintain transparency with our partners, and we like to pass that on to our customers.
