Soooo good!

I don't eat a lot of baked goods anymore, but I made pancakes for my family this Saturday morning. I though I would go ahead and join them. Well, breaking my baked goods fast today was SOOO worth it. These pancakes had the right consistency and just the right amount of sweetness. We use maple syrup on pancakes / waffles, and these pancakes are good with or without it.
