When I was a child in New York, my Uncle Joe went on regular fishing trips to northern new England. He would return with lots of yummy maple candy gifts for his twelve nieces and nephews. I remember maple nut fudge, large maple candy leaves, and the smaller assorted-shaped maple sugar candies in a box. Oh how we all loved these treats! Now I'm a big kid in my 70's, but the delicious magic of maple sugar candy still lives inside me. I ordered two-one pound boxes of the mixed light and dark candies (my first purchase), savored every single piece, and will be back for more! I also enjoyed a jar of the dark maple cream - spooned it right out of the jar - bliss! I appreciate the great prices which will bring me back for more.
