As we at the farm have become more familiar with a vegan diet, we realized that many of the local Vermont products we include in our shop are naturally vegan. Just like our maple syrup, Olivia's Organic Garlic & Herb croutons are vegan as well. Olivia's has been in business located in Brandon, VT since 1991 and have a long track record putting out divine tasting goods from their family run bakery.
We originally included this product to supplement our vegan salad kit, but wanted to offer it as a standalone. In our "professional" testing of this product, it's been fabulous with our maple balsamic dressing in a salad, and as a topper in a butternut squash soup. We're excited to test it next in a stuffing. We'll report back our results!
