The Gallone maple syrup favor generally ships within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. However, we recommend ordering early so that if we are producing more they arrive with plenty of time.
Maple syrup is extremely shelf stable, and if stored under cool conditions will be fine for a year or more. So order early with no reservations!

Perfect for gifts!

I’m always looking for an excuse to give these as gifts and pick up a box for myself as well. The taste and texture are just right for a sweet treat. We like the dark the best but give boxes of mixed as gifts. It’s always appreciated!

Exquisite! Best maple candy hands down!

These were a gift for my celiac daughter, who absolutely LOVED them! “Maple candy is one thing they can’t take from me!”, she said! However, not all maple candy is equal. We have gotten old and hard ones in the past from other companies, or ones with very little flavor. Carman Brook maple, however, is hands-down the winner!
