During the month of March we have our special Sugaring Saturdays with an event in the sugarhouse each weekend. It was a hard month to showcase maple production this year with so little sap collected during March. The first weekend was Sugar on Snow Saturday, we served plenty of treats but no maple syrup was made. By the end of the month, the Maple Candy Making Saturday was a lot of fun with many guests taking part in the candy making and maple syrup making.
