Checking out of our shopping cart is secure, simple, quick and convenient. Add your zip code to calculate shipping. If you quality for the maple syrup discount, the cart will automatically calculate the deduction.
Our shipping carriers are UPS, Fedex and the US Postal Service. Please be sure to include a good street address and your PO box. Before shipping an order, we validate every address. If a package goes out with an incorrect address we are the ones who incur the additional charges to correct the address or to ship the package back to the sugarhouse.
When requested, we can ship to foreign countries. Email us the address and what you would like shipped and we will send you shipping estimates. We have several international shipping carriers and will select the quickest and most economical services for your order.
We will complete the custom paperwork. It is our store policy that you are responsibility to be knowledgeable about the acceptance of products to a country outside of the United States. If the customs department refuses the package, you will be billed for all the shipping incurred less the cost of the merchandise returned in resale condition.
If we are billed for duties and taxes,we will bill you.
The shopping cart will securely take your VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. The credit card processing service does not allow us access to your credit card information. After you have completed your online purchase, we cannot add charges to the card. We can issue refunds.
If you prefer to pay by check, make your check payable to Carman Brook Farm and mail to 1275 Fortin Road, Swanton, VT, 05488. After your check clears our bank, the items will be shipped.

For online orders, if your bank declines the charges made to your credit card, we will contact you via email and cancel your order. You will need to replace the order.
