In the last year it has been our mission to add a variety of Vermont gluten free products to our shop. Finding Olivia's Croutons here in-state has provided us with a delicious product for people who want the familiar taste and texture of a top-of-the line crouton. Olivia's uses a gluten free dedicated bakery to produce this product, minimizes sodium, adds no sugar, and is completely preservative free. We originally included this product to supplement our gluten free salad kit, but wanted to offer it as a standalone. In our "professional" testing of this product, it's been fabulous with our maple balsamic dressing in a salad, and as a topper in a butternut squash soup. We're excited to test it next in a stuffing. We'll report back our results!
