Phone Orders
Call us toll free at 1-888-84-MAPLE (6-2753). Please have your order, gift addresses, gift messages and credit card number handy. For multiple addresses and messages, we may ask you to e-mail your list to thefolks@cbmaplefarm.com .

Internet Orders
Checking out of our shopping cart is secure, simple, quick and convenient. For orders over 50 pounds, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipments
Your package will be shipped with UPS within the continental United States. Please be sure to include a good street address. Supplying an incorrect address will incur additional charges of $10.00 per address.

For all PO Box, APO or FPO addresses we will ship with the US Post Office. Track and confirm services will be purchased whenever possible. If a military shipment is going overseas, let us know and we will complete the custom paperwork. Before a shipment is sent, these additional shipping charges will be accepted by you.

International Orders
We can ship to foreign countries. There are two options for shipping internationally. The first is with UPS Worldwide Express. The service is quick and expensive. UPS can track the order to its destination. We will reimburse you for damaged or lost orders less the cost of shipping.

The second option is with the US Postal Service. This option is less expensive. We won’t guarantee the tracking of your order once it leaves the US Postal System. You will assume the responsibility of the package at this point.

We will complete the custom papers. It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable about the acceptance of products to a country outside of the United States. If the customs department refuses the package, you will be billed for all the shipping incurred less the cost of the merchandise returned in resale condition.

Payment
You may pay by check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

For credit card orders, please provide the card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card and billing address. All credit card purchases are processed onsite manually. Credit cards are processed, when the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges on Large Orders
The shopping cart is unable to process the proper shipping on large orders with multiple boxes. We like to keep those boxes at fifty pounds. It is our opinion that a box heavier is harder to handle and breakage is more likely. You will be notified before shipping, if there is a change to the amount of the order.

Wedding/Party Favors
We encourage the orders of favors two to three months before the date of the event. For more information on wedding favors visit the Wedding Favor FAQ's. The most popular items are kept in stock, but some are a special order. We also like to bottle the syrup as we go so that it will be its freshest for your guests. You may not know the exact number that you need at the time you place the order, but for our planning purposes here at the shop, a good idea is better than a last minute order we can’t do anything about. Before the items are shipped, you will have an opportunity to confirm the number you will need. Most couples like to wait until they have received the RSVP’s before shipping.
