Maple
Candy is made by cooking the maple syrup to a very high
temperature, reducing the amount of water. The hot syrup
is poured into our candy machine where it is stirred and
caught in a variety of rubber molds. The pound, half
pound and 5 piece candy selections are filled with a
variety of mold shapes. You can always count on a
fresh batch because we make candy every Monday.

MAPLE CREAM |

A
smooth maple spread that is delicious on sugar cookies,
donuts, toast, bagels or muffins. Maple Cream has one
ingredient and it's maple syrup. The syrup is boiled to
a higher temperature, cooled very quickly and paddled to
a creamy spread. Maple Cream freezes well and should be
kept cool. We make it in our sugarhouse kitchen on dry
days only.

Maple Sugar is a
product of maple syrup, cooked, cooled and stirred a
different way. There is no sugar added, it's pure maple.
Sprinkle it on cereal or oatmeal instead of cane sugar
for a pepped up breakfast. Maple Sugar also makes a good
topping on muffins and breads.
